                            Amanda is extremely in tune with her body's needs vs. wants and really listens to her body. 

                            She chooses to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables each day. Her body feels "incomplete" and less energetic when her meals are not balanced with fats, protein, and grains. 

                            Amanda chooses to eat foods that make her feel and look her best, eating foods that have health benefits make her feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically. Eating well most of the time means there's some room for foods that are just plain yummy as well!
