The A+ Plan has helped tremendously
with my goals of gaining muscle weight and feeling stronger in the gym. Since I
started the plan, I have kept the same waist size but increased size in my chest, biceps and legs. I see a significant difference when I look in the mirror and my workout buddies are amazed at how much more weight
I’ve been able to lift. Best of all, the plan did not require major changes to my
diet. It simply added in healthy foods that I like to eat anyway. As a result, I feel much healthier and energetic all around.
Working with Amanda was an amazing experience! Her insights go far beyond just food and diets. She has helped
me deal with personal issues that no ordinary “dietician” would cover. Her counseling has helped me understand and deal with these issues and as a result, I feel much happier and healthier
in all aspects of my life. One of my initial concerns about working with Amanda was
discussing these personal issues with someone of the opposite sex. However,
her professional style and easy going nature made me feel totally comfortable. I would confidently recommend her services to anyone of any background or health history.
So i lost 2 more pounds.. thats
10 total! yay! Looking at the pics, I see changes .. mostly just minor overallslimming down..I see it.. I still
have a long way to go, and honestly I know i could have done better- but like i said b4... you helped so much and your
plans were great, I know I am my biggest enemy. However, I plan to stick to eating well... starting from plan
1 again (after holidays) but trust me , I will be good! its just the scheduling of this week might be hard to followin
an eating routine....
B4 I felt hopeless, now i feel
hopeful.

you and send pics periodically because after all, i will still be following your healthy lifestyle..

I just wanted to write
you a quick note to let you know that as of the beginning of this week i reached my 12 pound goal! Thanks to your program I
just have a completely different mentality when it comes to eating. I know what it means to eat healthy and feel
healthy. I am really proud of the progress i've made and i only want to continue to eat well and work out regularly. I
am up to 4 days of exercise a week and have increase the time I spend on the treadmill and the incline. I would love
to lose another 6 pounds, but i know that will take time and I don't want to be too crazy about the weight thing.
More importantly, I am still noticing improvements in the way that I look. Today I put on my old favorite
jeans, the ones I wore literally everyday. the butt was saggy and the waist kept slipping down. Iwas sad
at the thought of the money I'd have to spend to replace them :-) but quite happy with the feeling!
Thanks so much for the encouragement and menus. It really has been great and I feel great.
Hair looks much better too.

Dear amanda,
After one month on your plan I am happy to report i have
lost 15 pounds. I am very pleased and excited. I am getting ready to go on the cruise, we are leaving fri
nite. I will do the best I can, and then be ready to go again on my next two week plan on June 12.

The A+ plan was finally the answer!!!!!!!!!!!!! My life had consisted of "diet" after "diet" since age 16! I am now 55 yrs
old and am thankful to have discovered how to maintain my weight (within a few pounds) and be happy through Amanda's guidance,
knowledge and support. Since, I now choose the "right" foods I have been
able to live my new life with the right attitude(approach). I began this journey over
a year ago and for once in my life am truly at peace with myself! I thank you,
dear amanda:)!!!!!!

It was great talking the other night.
Just wanted to share the good news that the scale said 130.5 today! I am so thrilled. Now the challenge of the traveling is
still ahead but I feel so motivated to maintain my progress. I could NOT have done it without you!

I was at a wedding this past week and one my friends who’s also getting
married turned to me and said “I’m starting a cabbage soup diet tomorrow and that’s all I’m going
to have till I drop 10 lbs.” And I just thought to myself how grateful I am for how much you’ve
taught me over the past 6 months and how my whole concept of eating and food itself has changed. I understand the extreme
importance of variety and choosing healthy goods that make you stronger. I try to look at each food now
as a source of energy and enjoyment and not look at the bad stuff as things I can’t have, but rather things I don’t
want to put into my body. I also learned a lot about myself- for instance, I don’t like being told
I can’t do something and I also cope with stress by eating. And now that I know these things about
myself I can change my negative reactive behavior. So basically what I’m saying is thank you!

I strongly recommend Amanda's A Plus Program. I signed up with
her because I wanted to really focus on becoming a healthier eater and to incorporate better food choices in to my diet.
I got that AND so much more out of it! Not only was I able to adjust some of my eating habits for all 3 meals and snacks
throughout the day, as a result, I lost the few pounds I didn't necessarily set out to lose but probably needed to.
She helped incorporate options and taught me about what to look for in terms of ingredients while not making me become completely
obsessive about food. I enjoyed so many of the various options she provided for me - her knowledge about food and what
was right for me was unbelievable. But in addition to all of this, we also tapped in to things that were happening in
my personal life and she helped me with that as well. I did not set out to get help with relationships or my daily happiness,
but the sessions allowed for that to be incorporated in. Amanda has such a positive attitude and approach which you
can't help but start to take on as she coaches you in her sessions. And lastly, she is so responsible and so thorough
that I was highly impressed! We had phone sessions and she always called exactly on time and her e-mail follow ups were
so helpful and detailed. I always knew she was really paying attention, really cared, and tailored my sessions just
for me - there is not an overall protocal she applies to everyone - she really treats each client individually and for their
specific needs.
Overall, I look better physically,
I feel better physically, and although I'm still working on the rest of the personal aspects, her advice and personal touch
has really stuck with me and I continue to hear her words of wisdom each day. Even after our sessions have ended, Amanda
sent me an article which absolutely applied to me - she really does care and wants to help. Bringing that passion to
her work has helped her to be a real success!

Dear Amanda,
The
past 6 months working with you have changed my life. When we first started
talking
I was a complete mess; both mentally and physically. After each session
you
would help build my self-esteem and confidence while also helping me resolve
some
personal issues with my father. By our last month I was in a much better
place.
My father and I both speak a few times a week and have great
conversations,
I am much more comfortable with myself and my body, and I don't
feel
the need to criticize any part of me anymore. I also eat much healthier
but
don't lose out on great flavor or on indulging myself from time to time.
The
way you approached my situation was so pleasing. You were attentive and
kind
but also stern without being harsh. I always felt beautiful when you and I
would
speak. I also really enjoyed our Shopping Day! I had fun listening to

talk about what the new fashions were and what would look great on me. And
the

My experience with the A+ plan was a good one.
I trusted Amanda and she was always honest with me even when it was hard to hear! I think I would have benefited immensely
from doing a second 6 month session but money was tight so I was unable to do that. Through her I have realized that I am
extremely interested in nutrition and might even attend IIN when the time is right. I am very thankful to have gotten to know
Amanda and I look forward to her newsletters every week. She is a great person and she helps people everyday! Thank you for

The A+ plan will be a part of my life forever. After years of
struggling with a Thyroid condition i must have tried every diet under the sun...i would lose weight very slowly and after
a period of time would quit and inevitably would always put the weight back on. Amanda taught me how to eat for my body and
today i have a healthy relationship with food. It has been 5 years since i started working with Amanda and i have gone from
a size 8 to a size 2 and have kept the weight off (and even lost a little more)!! I will forever be grateful to Amanda and
the A+ plan for helping to change my life!
